Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) is entered into by and between YYC GST Consultants Sdn Bhd (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your,”). This policy governs the refund of payments made for the purchase of subscription of TaxPOD, Tax Professional On Demand (the “Platform”) from the Company.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    1.1 Product or Services Covered: All payments effected on the Platform are deemed non-refundable.
    1.2 Special Cases: All refund requests shall be subjected to a comprehensive examination to verify their compliance with the specified refund criteria. The Company retains the discretion to evaluate the eligibility of refund requests, and the ultimate decision is considered conclusive and non-justiciable.
    1.3 Timeframe of Refund: To be eligible for a refund, request must be submitted within a period of seven (7) days from the date of subscription.
    1.4 Submission of Refund: All refund requests must be submitted in written form, either through email or text message.
  1. Refund Process
    2.1 Required Information: To instigate a refund request, it is requisite to furnish the ensuing documents of
    • Invoice
    • Proof of payment transaction
    • Authorization letter featuring company letterhead (where the transaction is conducted through a corporate account)
    • Personal identification number for individual account
    • Bank details (inclusive of bank name, bank account name, and bank account number)

    2.2 Notification of refund: the successful completion of the refund process shall be conveyed to you in written form via email.
    2.3 Timing of Refund:
    2.3.1 The processing of review of a submission request may necessitate approximately three (3) days from the date of receipt.
    2.3.2 The processing of a refund through Stripe may require approximately seven (7) working days.
    2.3.3 The processing of a manual refund to a bank account may necessitate approximately thirty (30) working days.

  1. Modification To The Policy

    3.1 Right to Modify: The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or make any changes to the Refund Policy without prior notice.
