Job Responsibilities
– Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu, and TikTok, to strengthen brand awareness and corporate reputation.
– Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to develop relevant and compelling advertising content and visual materials.
– Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous optimization and achievement of marketing objectives.
– Plan, organize, and coordinate online marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.
– Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
– Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
– Create digital content and landing pages to support marketing initiatives.
– Undertake other related duties and ad hoc assignments as directed by the immediate superior
