Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer Success Executive to manage the end to end customer journey, from onboarding to long term retention. This role is responsible for ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our products and services while building strong, lasting relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process and welcome calls to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide product orientation to help customers maximize the value of our offerings.
- Account Management
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Invite satisfied customers to promotional activities and events on a monthly basis.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and keep customers updated on new features and enhancements.
- Customer Retention
- Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning our solutions with their objectives.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizen or holding relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders with at least 1 year of working experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Disciplined, positive attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to ensure clients achieve desired results.
- Own transport is required as the role involves site visits to client locations.
- Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients).
