Job Summary
We are expanding our AI capabilities and seeking a highly driven AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered assistants using low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or Make.com. This role bridges advanced AI/ML technologies and real-world business automation; creating context-aware AI agents that drive internal productivity, service innovation, and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent workflows using low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Make.com).
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, DeepSeek) for task automation, conversational interfaces, and decision support.
- Connect APIs, databases, and internal tools into seamless and scalable automation pipelines.
- Configure agent memory, embedding logic, retrieval mechanisms, and prompt flows for contextual awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and business teams to validate use cases and iterate solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation, version control, and robust testing practices for AI agent workflows.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com, Power Automate).
- Practical knowledge of LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or DeepSeek.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and extending automation logic.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt chaining, and function calling.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and JSON data structures.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, troubleshoot, and document in a structured, replicable way.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or deployment on services like Vercel.
- Exposure to AI chatbot frameworks, form automation, or building AI copilots.
- Awareness of AI safety, prompt evaluation methods, and cost/token optimization strategies.
